A working Bordeaux winery in Sainte-Colombe. Eight palindrome-named Merlots, made under Oulipian constraint. We are based in the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux AOP, where we proudly craft and release three distinct expressions each year. Inspired by the Oulipo literary movement, we embrace constraints as creative catalysts.
